My name is Mark Overby and I am YOUR personal trainer. If you are looking for someone to encourage you and help you achieve your personal goals, look no further. I have been working as a personal trainer for many years and focusing on meeting the particular needs of my clients is my highest priority. All About Mark


Mark holds a certificate from The American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has worked extensively in the fitness industry for more than three decades. Growing up as the stereotypical "98 - pound weakling", Mark turned to weight training in his early teens to "bulk up",It was his early experiences in the gym that sparked his love of fitness and the camaraderie with gym goers that made him want to help other people to achieve their fitness goals! 

Mark is an avid bodybuilder. He entered and won his first contest in his weight class at the 2010 WBFA in Santa Clara, California. He has also trained in MMA under some of the greatest names in the sport.
